MaxFund's Annual Chili Cook-Off Fundraiser is underway, and we want YOU to join!
This year MaxFund's Annual Chili Cook-Off is relocating to Jackson's LoDo, located in Denver's lower downtown, at 1520 20th St, Denver, CO, 80202. We're excited for Jackson's LoDo to host our ever-growing annual chili cook-off!
It's easy to become a Chili Taster/Judge of the chilis. Click Here to Get Registered today, and plan to come out and sample chilis made by fellow Colorado chili enthusiasts! Chili taster/judges 12 and under have a reduced ticket price.
You can save $5 per person by purchasing tickets online in advance. Online registration is $15 per adult and $5.00 per child 12 and younger.
When you check in at the event, you will be given a wrist band and a ballot. Sample the chilis at the event, mark your favorites, and stay for the winners to be announced!
Don't forget to enter to win fantastic door prize drawings, and purchase MaxFund t-shirts and swag!
The MaxFund mobile adoption van will be on-site with plenty of loving dogs and cats who want to meet you.

Show off your talent as a Chili Chef, offering Red, Green, White, or Vegetarian Chili. Click Here to register under which chilis you'd like to bring.
Are you a local restaurant chef and/or chef associated with a food-related business wanting to enter the cook-off? Do you specialize in more than one chili? Bring them all! ($50 per entry).
Here are some things to keep in mind as a Chili Cook-off Chef. PLEASE READ:
All chili registrants should plan to bring a minimum of two gallons (8 quarts) of each chili entered. The more you bring, the more people can try it. The more people that can try it, the greater chance of you winning prizes! Also, consider bringing "extras" to your chili station. Would your chili be even better with fresh onions, cheese, or hot sauce? Plan to have them there for your tasters!
2 oz tasting bowls, spoons and napkins will be provided at each tasting station. Chili can arrive in crock pots, however electricity is not available, and chili must be poured into a large chafing dish. Please purchase a large disposable chafing dish kit for use at this event, or we will happily provide you with the kit for $10.00 on the day of the event, when you arrive at Jackson's LoDo.
CHEFS CAN ARRIVE FOR SETUP ANYTIME BETWEEN 11:30am - 12:30pm
PARKING: $8 for the day in the lot on the WEST side of Jackson's. Same parking lot as last year's event.
