Our 2nd annual holiday campaign, Holiday Giving Trees, has been launched! By placing giving trees throughout the community, we hope to raise $10,000 for MaxFund's animals. 2022 Participating Locations: CLICK HERE Give back to homeless animals this holiday season by visiting participating local businesses and their giving trees. You can donate online through any location's virtual giving tree if you can't make it in person - just follow the link above!
How the Campaign Works: Local business participants display an artificial giving tree in their lobby. In addition to providing all supplies, we will set up and take down your tree at scheduled times. If you already have your own tree - that's great! Ornaments featuring shelter animals will be marked with monetary values from $5.00 to $450.00. Each ornament’s value represents the cost of a shelter service or expense including dog toys, spay services, or the entire average cost of care for each animal that comes through our doors. These ornaments can be taken home by those who make a donation. Here are some ways you can help: Host a giving tree in the lobby of your business. A VIRTUAL CAMPAIGN is also available! You can market your lobby tree as well as your "virtual tree" by using the marketing links we provide you with. Simply e-mail and post your campaign to your clients, employees, friends, customers – you name it! DO YOU HAVE YOUR OWN TREE? Even better! We'll bring everything else to you. Virtual Campaign:
MaxFund staff or volunteers will routinely collect donation boxes under your lobby tree, and deliver replacement boxes and ornaments. We will plan to collect the trees, ornaments, and final donations on or before Sunday, January 8, 2023.
